Sydney Organ Academy
28 Sept 2015 onwards

Daniel has been invited to tutor and adjudicate on the Sydney Organ Academy. This course (now incorporating a competition) has become one of the highlights of the Australian organ scene, and Dan is delighted and privileged to be invited back for a second time. This will be Dan's fourth visit to Australia, with concerts booked for another visit in March 2016.

Sydney Conservatoire
2 Oct 2015

As part of his involvement teaching and adjudicating on the Sydney Organ Academy, Dan will be directing a workshop and master class with the organ department of Sydney Conservatoire. The theme will be the 'stylus phantasticus'. Dan will be playing an evening concert in the Conservatoire's main hall, featuring some of the repertoire discussed in the class and also including virtuosic music by Liszt and Franz Schmidt (Toccata in C).

Bromley Outreach Event

Daniel will be introducing the organ and all its delights in a fun-packed and busy day based at Bromley Parish Church. A central feature will be the WOOFYT - if you have not yet encountered this mystical creature, then come along and be delighted! The day is promoted by the Bexley and District Organists' and Choirmasters' Association.

RSCM Organists' Course
26 - 28 Oct 2015

Daniel will be the director of this national RSCM course for organists, focusing on liturgical playing. The course returns to Liverpool, home to some of the UK's most celebrated instruments.

Organ and Saxophone Concert
31 Oct 2015 The Temple Church, London

Saxophonist Andrew McNeill and Dan return, in a programme of new and arranged works. The combination of saxophone and organ is a very successful one, and the concert will include music from the eighteenth century through to a world premiere of a crossover work by Dave Heath.

Barenreiter launch
Autumn 2015

Barenreiter will be launching internationally Dan's new anthology, "An Easy Handel Organ Album". The Easy Bach album he edited in 2013 has been very well-received.
